Boiling Schedule
Come see our wood-fired evaporator in action, as we boil down the pure maple sap into Vermont maple syrup. Since making maple syrup depends a lot on Mother Nature (warm days and cold nights!) boiling times are on no set schedule. Check here for our EXPECTED boiling times. We recommend calling (802-897-2448) 2-3 hours before to confirm if we are boiling or not.
