Fill the kitchen with the warm, sweet smells of baked apples! A simple and delicious old-time New England dessert. Each apple baker is custom made for us by a local potter here in Shoreham, Vermont. Serve the finished apple directly in the baker to keep it suprisingly warm, and for an attractive look. They are safe to use in the microwave, oven and dishwasher.
Sold as a set of 2, with a half pint (8oz.) jug of maple syrup, or individually without maple syrup. Includes a nicely printed recipe card. (below)
4 Apples (cored) *Our favorite is McIntosh, but any apple will suffice.
