What is "Commercial Grade"?

Commercial grade is the darkest and strongest flavored grade of maple syrup. It is produced at the end of the maple sugaring season, even after Grade B has been made. Because of its strong flavor it is not normally used on the "table", but instead is used for cooking and other commercial food flavoring. This year we produced a Comericial crop of maple syrup with excellent flavor that is almost comparable to Grade B.

Important Notes:

1. Please select the item that reflects where we will be shipping the syrup to. Either to a location East of the Mississippi River, or all Other Locations. Sorry, but we can't ship this item to AK,HI,USVI,PR, etc. Allow 7-14 days for delivery.

2. We recommend refrigerating or freezing your 5 gallon container, even if it is unopened. Since consumption time is often longer for 5 gallons this will ensure your syrup keeps well and with less crystallization in the container. Please note, these 5 gallon containers are heavy, weighing over 60 pounds.
